ปรัชญา (School Philosophy) 

"โรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยาได้ดำเนินแนวทางตามปรัชญาโรงเรียนที่ว่าจิระศาสตร์ “ฉลาดและมีคุณธรรม” ซึ่งในความหมายคือ"

ฉลาด คือ นักเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยาจะต้องมีความรู้ความสามารถในด้านวิชาการ โดยโรงเรียนมุ้งเน้นเรื่องของทักษะด้านการคิด วิเคราะห์ และแยกแยะ

มีคุณธรรม นอกจากนักเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยาจะต้องมีวิชาความรู้แล้วนั้น นักเรียนจะต้องเป็นคนดีของสังคมและจะต้องรู้จักการทำประโยชน์ให้กับสังคมอีกด้วย

Jirasartwittaya School follows the philosophy of "Jirasart: Intelligent and Virtuous." This philosophy means that:

Wisdom: Jirasartwittaya students must possess academic knowledge and skills. The school emphasizes the development of critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Virtue: In addition to academic excellence, Jirasartwittaya students must be good citizens who contribute positively to society and understand the importance of doing good for others.

อัตลักษณ์ (Identity)

โรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยา กำหนดอัตลักษณ์ไว้ว่า “ยิ้มไหว้ ใฝ่เรียนรู้” หมายความว่า ทุกๆคนที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยาทั้งครู บุคลากร และนักเรียน จะต้องแสดงกิริยามารยาทความเป็นไทย โดยการยิ้มไหว้ทักทายกันและกัน รวมทั้งจะต้องสนใจใฝ่หาความรู้อยู่เสมอ

Jirasartwittaya School has established the identity of “Smile, Greet, and Strive to Learn.” This means that everyone at Jirasartwittaya School—teachers, staff, and students—should exhibit traditional Thai manners by smiling and greeting one another. Additionally, they should always be eager to seek knowledge and continuously engage in learning.
